Oh you crazy carbohydrate junkies. I know you are, don't deny it! I mean really, if you pick up a copy of Runner's magazine, you know that you have to eat healthy, but you're still eating your whole wheat pasta, your wild rice, your popcorn, cereal and your dark chocolate (see may 2011 Runner's world on this last batch). The problem is, if I eat this stuff, my blood sugar goes through the roof. No, really.
